William Marston

Business Executive / Customer Relations

William Marston, the founder of Real-Tech LLC, has always been passionate about technology and electronics. He built his first computer at twelve and was hired by Microsoft Retail as a lead Technician right after high school. After three years at Microsoft, he joined Utah's "Original" Home Theater and Home Automation company as their Lead Technician, Programmer, and System Designer. It was there that the idea for Real-Tech was born.

He recognized that emerging technologies allowed him to customize solutions at various price points, making advanced systems more accessible. William focuses equally on creating devices that are convenient, reliable, energy-efficient, and entertaining, while delivering excellent customer service. In his leisure time, he enjoys hiking Utah's mountains with his wife, Shantel, and their two Belgian Tervuren–Great Pyrenees mixed dogs.

Casey Thompson

System Designer / Programmer / Technician Manager

Casey Thompson is the original and "go-to" employee for Real-Tech. His friendship with William began in their early teens when they built gaming computers together for friends. They later worked at the same Home Automation and Home Theater company for three years, developing their professional skills. Casey's quick learning ability has made him an exceptional programmer and technician.

He joined Real-Tech with enthusiasm, driven by his desire to bring technology's benefits to a broader audience than he had ever imagined possible. Clients appreciate his patience and teaching style when demonstrating their new systems. When not creating smart home solutions, Casey pursues his passion for exploration, traveling to unique destinations worldwide and immersing himself in nature whenever possible.
